For example, spring vibration isolator
is the most commonly used steel vibration isolator. There are spiral, dish, ring and plate forms. Its advantages are large static compression, low natural frequency and good low frequency vibration isolation performance. In addition, it can withstand the erosion of oil and water. Temperature changes do not affect the performance, aging and creep.
Metal rubber vibration isolator
has great advantages because of its original material. Metal rubber is a simulation product of natural rubber. Metal rubber components are made of wire and do not contain any natural rubber, but they have the same elasticity and porosity as natural rubber. They are especially suitable for solving high and low temperature, large temperature difference, high pressure, high vacuum, strong radiation, severe vibration and corrosion. The lower damper reduces the vibration. Its interior is reticulate, similar to the macromolecular structure of natural rubber. Under the action of alternating stress and strain, a large amount of vibration energy is dissipated, and the damping in the resonance region increases significantly, which can effectively suppress the resonance peak value, and the damping in the isolation region decreases rapidly. Therefore, it has excellent damping characteristics, with a damping ratio of 0.2 to 0.3.
Rubber isolators are widely used, because they are made of rubber, so they can be used in shear, compression or shear pressure, rarely in tension. Its advantage is that it can be made into various shapes and different stiffness. Its internal damping effect is larger than that of steel spring, and it can be separated from the excitation frequency of about 10 Hz.
The air cushion isolator is usually inflated by rubber parts. When the frequency of vibration is very low, its vibration isolation effect is better than that of steel spring. The natural frequency can be as low as 0.1-5 Hz. It has high damping in resonance and low damping in high frequency. The disadvantage is: expensive, limited load, and need to be checked regularly. Air cushion isolator can be divided into two kinds: one-way and two-way.
Vibration isolators can be used in pumps. For example, the design elements of vibration isolation of pumping units should be calculated according to pump type specifications, speed, system quality, installation location, load value, frequency ratio and other factors. The frequency ratio of vibration isolation of pumping unit should be 2-5, which should be high in places with high requirements for vibration isolation.
Horizontal pumps generally use rubber vibration isolation cushion, when installed on the floor, multi-layer series rubber vibration isolation cushion or damper spring vibration isolator should be used. Rubber vibration isolator is suitable for vertical pumps. The supporting points of vibration isolation elements should be even, but not less than 4. The type, specifications and performance of the vibration isolation elements of each supporting point of a pump unit should be the same.
