Industrial vibration control is a multi-specialty comprehensive technology based on civil engineering, and it is an important technical guarantee for normal operation of industrial equipment. With the development of high-end industrial equipment in China, the demand for vibration control of production environment is higher and higher, and the demand for vibration control is more and more strict than before. China's vibration control technology lags behind the development of industrial engineering, especially the vibration control technology of precision and large equipment can only be introduced from abroad, which is expensive, and the key technologies related to national security and high technology will be restricted. In order to meet the development needs of China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry, the project team has carried out the special study and engineering practice on the key technical problems of industrial engineering vibration control in combination with the national bid and recommendation task assigned. We have established and improved relevant independent intellectual property system and formed complete set of industrial engineering vibration control technology.
Technical achievements and innovations
Through more than ten years of joint research, the project team has carried out theoretical method, standard system and complete technology research, and solved the key technical problems of vibration control in industrial engineering.
The main technological innovations achieved are as follows:
(1) propose basic technical theory of industrial engineering vibration control
In order to solve the problems existing in the theoretical analysis and application of vibration control in industrial engineering, the method of industrial vibration control analysis based on the transfer law of vibration in engineering medium is systematically established. The complete vibration control index and evaluation criteria are determined, and the theoretical analysis method of complex F multi-vibration control of industrial equipment is established.
(2) forming a complete set of vibration control technology for precision equipment
In view of the difficult problems in vibration control of precision equipment, such as calculation accuracy, analysis efficiency and optimization control, the fast analysis algorithm of the similarity ratio of micro-vibration transfer function and dynamic configuration method of self-repairing model are proposed for the first time at home and abroad. The degree of freedom decoupling analysis technique of the micro-vibration control system, the vibration control design method of stable low-frequency modal distribution and the integrated control technique of complex vibration system are established. A set of vibration control technology for precision equipment has been developed.
(3) Forming a complete set of vibration control technology for large equipment, aiming at the problems of analysis method, simulation test and control device in vibration control of large equipment.
The overall analysis technology, precise load location technology and anti fatigue optimization technology of vibration control system are established. The model test of vibration control system of large-scale rotary equipment has been carried out at home and abroad, and the prediction method of vibration response of large-scale impact equipment has been put forward. A high load bearing and high performance vibration control device has been invented, and a complete set of vibration control technology for large equipment has been formed.
