The JGX-0956 wire rope vibration isolator developed by Xi'an Hoan Microwave is designed for micro-vibration control of precision instruments, achieving three-dimensional vibration isolation through frictional damping between steel wires. Tested by the China Institute of Metrology, it demonstrates a vibration transmission loss of 25-30dB in the 10-200Hz frequency band under horizontal/vertical bidirectional excitation (in accordance with GB/T 13441.1 standard), effectively suppressing micron-level vibration interference for precision balances, spectrometers, and other equipment.
The product features an all-metal open structure, eliminating the aging failure issues of traditional rubber isolators. Made of 304 stainless steel, it passes the 96-hour neutral salt spray test (GB/T 10125) without corrosion. After 200 cycles of testing in the temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, the stiffness decay rate is ≤8%, suitable for outdoor scenarios such as plateau radar stations and marine monitoring platforms. Its modular design supports customized loads (5kg-200kg). By adjusting the wire rope winding layers and pre-tightening force, the three-dimensional damping ratio reaches 0.15-0.18 (tested per ISO 16750-3 standard), meeting the anti-vibration requirements of different equipment.
