Unlike conventional rubber mounts that rely on carbon black extenders and aromatic process oils, this unit utilizes a carefully formulated NR/SBR blend that eliminates polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, phthalate plasticizers, and heavy metal stabilizers from the compound. The result is a vibration damping solution suitable for indoor production floors, food-grade equipment peripherals, and enclosed machinery spaces where air quality and material safety are operational priorities.

Material Composition & Regulatory Compliance

The elastomer body is a co-vulcanized NR/SBR matrix with a silica-reinforced filler system replacing traditional carbon black. This formulation achieves Shore A 55±5 hardness while maintaining RoHS (2011/65/EU) and REACH (EC 1907/2006) compliance. Low volatile organic compound emissions make the JZP-6.0 compatible with ISO 14001-certified manufacturing environments.
