How Acoustic Bridge Prevention Works

Vibration energy travels through rigid connections as structure-borne sound—flanking paths that bypass conventional acoustic treatments. The JZP-8.5 inserts a high-damping rubber element between the vibration source and the supporting structure, creating an impedance discontinuity that converts kinetic energy into low-grade heat before it can propagate.
