The JGX-0956 series wire rope vibration isolators developed by Xi'an Hoan Microwave Co., Ltd. target the vibration control requirements of precision instruments, aerospace, and military equipment. Fabricated via constant-tension helical winding of high-strength stainless steel wire ropes, they establish a mechanical system integrating "flexible deformation to adapt to dynamic loads + rigid support to ensure structural stability."
This structure dissipates energy through microscopic frictional damping between steel wires, distinguishing itself from the viscoelastic damping mechanism of traditional rubber isolators and thus better suiting broadband vibration scenarios.
Leveraging its nonlinear stiffness characteristic, the product achieves efficient vibration isolation in the 50–2000 Hz high-frequency range. Verified by third-party testing (following the vibration test method in GJB 150), its vibration transmissibility is ≤10% (equivalent to a vibration reduction efficiency of ≥90%), effectively attenuating high-frequency disturbances such as equipment start-up shocks and radiation from external electromagnetic devices.
Having passed environmental testing per the GJB 150-2009 military standard, after 3 temperature cycles between -55°C (4-hour insulation) and 150°C (4-hour insulation), the stiffness decay rate remains ≤8% and the damping ratio fluctuation is ≤10%, ensuring performance stability under extreme operating conditions (e.g., plateau radars, airborne inertial navigation systems).
