The JZP-0.5C is a pre-compressed rubber-to-metal vibration isolator built for equipment that runs on modern fuels and must stay quiet under load. Part of the JZP-C platform, it combines a solid rubber damping element with a metal housing to deliver stable isolation at a nominal load of 0.5 kg. For engines, generators, pumps and fuel-system machinery, it keeps vibration and noise under control while standing up to biodiesel, synthetic and E-fuels that degrade ordinary rubber.
Like every Hoan isolator, it works by converting vibrational energy into other forms such as heat, cutting structure-borne vibration and radiated noise. The result is steadier equipment, longer service life and a quieter workplace for operators.
Nominal load (Pz) is 0.5 kg, and deformation displacement under downward pressure is 0.3 mm or less. The natural resonant frequency is 35 +/- 3 Hz, and the working temperature range is -45 to +65 Celsius. The isolator absorbs a shock of 100 g for 6 ms, limits peak response to 3.6 km/s2 or less, and complies with national standard GJB150-16. Depending on selection, vibration isolation of up to 90% can be achieved, and the element also tolerates a shock of 30 g / 11 ms.
