The JGX-1276D-176B is a stainless steel wire rope vibration isolator built for industrial equipment that requires steady operation under continuous vibration and occasional impact loads. Its all-metal structure keeps performance stable across extreme temperatures, moisture, chemicals, oils, ozone and abrasive dust, with no rubber or elastomer parts to age or crack.


Working Principle


Each isolator is assembled from stranded stainless steel cable formed into helical loops between two retaining bars. Elastic flexing of the preformed cable loops produces the spring action, while sliding contact between the individual wire strands converts mechanical energy into heat. This dual mechanism delivers both load support and vibration attenuation in a single compact component.

Materials & Finishing


Retaining bars are available in stainless steel or aluminum alloy. Aluminum bars can be finished with white anodizing for standard duty or hard anodizing for demanding conditions that require extra surface hardness. Cables are made of 304 stainless steel stranded wire.
