JZP-4.0B Rubber Shock Absorber


The JZP-4.0B is an assembled rubber shock absorber from the JZP-B series manufactured by Xi'an Hoan. The unit carries a nominal load of 4.0 kg and combines a steel spring core with a molded elastomer element. Installed between a vibrating source and its support, it absorbs shock and lowers transmitted vibration, keeping structure-borne noise away from floors, frames and housings. Typical mounting points include vehicle assemblies, general machinery, engines, compressors, fans and pumps.


Anti-rotation slot geometry and dry-film low-friction coating


Anti-rotation slot geometry. The housing of the JZP-4.0B is machined with slots that engage matching keys on the mounting face. When the isolator is bolted down, the slots hold the housing and the elastomer column in a fixed orientation around the mounting axis, so torque from the equipment or side loads during service cannot twist the isolator out of position. The load therefore stays on the designed axis and the rated stiffness of the unit is preserved.


Dry-film low-friction coating. The sliding faces of the JZP-4.0B carry a dry-film coating that keeps the contact friction low without liquid lubricants. The coating remains effective across the working temperature range of the isolator, does not collect dust or grit, and reduces stick-slip motion when the supported equipment expands, contracts or vibrates. This keeps the transmitted forces stable and simplifies maintenance.

Applications
