This pre-compressed rubber-to-metal isolator is engineered around the JZP-C platform and hardened for aerospace, scientific and other high-reliability programs. It pairs a solid rubber damping element with a metal housing, giving engineers a compact, predictable component that is easy to specify and quick to replace.
Nominal load (Pz) is 0.3 kg, with deformation displacement of 0.3 mm or less under downward pressure. Resonant frequency sits at 35 +/- 3 Hz. The unit operates from -45 to +65 Celsius, absorbs a 100 g / 6 ms shock, and limits peak response to 3.6 km/s2 or less. Vibration behaviour follows national standard GJB150-16.
