JZP-2.0C Rubber Shock Absorber — Product Overview
The JZP-2.0C is part of the JZP-C series of prefabricated vibration isolators. Its job is to separate a vibrating item from the structure that supports it, cutting the vibration and the noise that would otherwise move between the two. The body combines rubber with metal plates and internal damping elements, and it is rated for a nominal load of 2.0 Kg.
Nonlinear collapse for blast and impact protection
Ordinary running vibration is gentle and repeated. A blast or a sudden impact is neither. The JZP-2.0C handles these events with a controlled, nonlinear collapse: the sharp force peak of the impact is reshaped into a lower force that lasts longer, so the equipment and the structure behind it never see the full shock.
Blast and extreme impact energy dissipation
Friction and hysteresis inside the rubber-metal assembly draw energy out of blast and extreme impact events. The movement dies away quickly after the event and the unit returns to its working position, keeping equipment and operators safer under harsh conditions.

Typical applications
Machinery and production equipment that must stay steady while running; building structures, including foundations and key supports; bridges and other transport structures exposed to traffic and wind; railway tracks and rolling stock where ride comfort matters; and precision instruments or enclosures that need a quiet base.
