JZP-1.2C Rubber Shock Absorber — Energy Harvesting Integration Ready


The JZP-1.2C is a prefabricated rubber shock absorber developed for efficient vibration and noise isolation across machinery, equipment and building structures. Its 1.2 kg nominal load rating and customizable layout let it fit a wide range of installations while holding a stable 35±3 Hz resonant frequency. This model is prepared for energy harvesting integration, turning residual vibration into useful data and power opportunities.


Energy Harvesting Integration Ready


Rather than treating vibration only as a disturbance, the JZP-1.2C is prepared for energy harvesting integration. Its mounting geometry and predictable load path create a stable interface where a harvester element can be coupled to the moving mass without altering isolation behaviour. The absorber therefore supports designs that recover part of the residual vibration as usable power for monitoring electronics.



Vibration Energy Harvesting Ready


Because the unit keeps a well defined deflection range under downward pressure, it provides a repeatable motion source for vibration energy harvesting. Engineers can size a harvester around the known resonance and load, so low-power sensors, data loggers and condition-monitoring nodes can run from collected vibration instead of replaceable cells.
