JZP-1.0C Rubber Shock Absorber for High Vacuum Systems


The JZP-1.0C is a prefabricated rubber shock absorber designed for continuous vibration and noise isolation in industrial, railway and precision-equipment installations. Its 1.0 kg nominal load rating and low-maintenance construction make it a reliable isolator where clean operation and stable damping are both required.


Anti-Cold-Welding for High Vacuum Systems


Inside vacuum chambers, clean metallic surfaces can cold-weld together under load, seizing joints and damaging hardware. The JZP-1.0C is formulated so its contact surfaces resist this adhesive behaviour even under sustained vacuum and compression. Components that rest against the absorber therefore separate cleanly during service instead of galling or sticking.


Anti-Cold-Welding and Non-Sticking in High Vacuum


The compound also delivers non-sticking performance in high vacuum. It resists adhesion driven by surface contact, so the isolator keeps its freedom of movement and does not bond to mating metal faces. Together with a stable resonant frequency of 35±3 Hz and high internal damping, this keeps vibration isolation predictable throughout the life of the chamber.
