JZP-1.2C Rubber Shock Absorber — Fluid-Filled Hybrid Damping Architecture


The JZP-1.2C is a prefabricated rubber shock absorber built for efficient vibration and noise isolation across machinery, equipment and building structures. With a 1.2 kg nominal load rating and a customizable layout, it fits a wide range of installations while keeping a stable 35±3 Hz resonant frequency. This model is centred on a fluid-filled hybrid damping architecture for broadband control.


Fluid-Filled Hybrid Damping Architecture


The absorber is designed around a fluid-filled hybrid damping architecture that combines the high internal damping of an elastomer with the broadband energy dissipation of a fluid chamber. Where a rubber element alone loses effectiveness across a wide frequency span, the fluid path adds damping at frequencies the elastomer handles less well, so isolation stays strong whether the excitation is a low-frequency structural sway or a sharper machine transient.


Hybrid Fluid-Elastomer Isolation


Hybrid fluid-elastomer isolation shares the load between the vulcanised rubber body and the fluid chamber, so no single element is over-stressed. The elastomer carries static load and creep resistance, while the fluid element smooths dynamic peaks. The result is a mount that holds its 35±3 Hz resonance under changing duty, resists corrosion and oil contact, and installs easily through its anchoring holes.
