JZP-2.5C Rubber Shock Absorber — Product Overview
The JZP-2.5C belongs to the JZP-C series of prefabricated vibration isolators. Its role is to decouple a vibrating item from the structure that supports it, holding back the vibration and noise that would otherwise travel between the two. The unit pairs a rubber elastomer with metal plates, is secured by M4*10 screws, and is rated for a nominal load of 2.5 Kg.
Why vibration and noise control matters
Vibration does not stay where it starts. It travels along frames, floors and foundations, and over time it can work fasteners loose, wear joints and turn into unwanted sound. Keeping that energy at the source is what an isolator is for, which is why the JZP-2.5C is used on bridges, rail lines, buildings and machinery.

Key specifications at a glance
At a glance: a nominal load of 2.5 Kg, a natural frequency of 7 Hz to 15 Hz, axial stiffness of 50 N/mm, up to 90% vibration isolation, 1.6 mm compression, a 5 mm mounting hole, M4*10 screws and a cylindrical form.
Compliance and testing
Production follows an ISO9001:2015 quality system, and vibration performance matches National Standard GJB150-16.
Customization options
Designs can be tailored within the JZP-C family. Load, stiffness and mounting features may be adjusted for a specific machine, structure or track, with rapid prototyping available for evaluation.
Selection and installation notes
Pick the model that matches the weight per mounting point, keep the base flat and rigid for even loading, fit the M4*10 screws at the recommended torque, and leave room for travel. Verify the temperature range for extreme sites.
